Sources in Yangon, Myanmar confirm that the most popular rock band “Iron Cross” is going to have live concert in London on this November 23, 2008.

The famous Iron Cross Live Concert was held at OJI Sakura Hall of Fame in Tokyo, Japan on 26th April 2009. In this Iron Cross Live Concert Japan, Myanmar famous rockers; Lay Phyu, A Nge, Myo Gyi, Y Wyne, Kyo Kyar and May Sapal Nay performed together. A lot of Iron Cross fans came and watched the show and Special Tickets were sold with (10000) Japan Yen per ticket. Last 29th March, Iron Cross and Lay Phyu visited Bangkok and Iron Cross show was staged at Bangbo near Bangkok City where many Burmese illegal migrant workers are staying. Over 300 Iron Cross fans were arrested by the Thai Immigration Police before the show started because of not having Migrant Worker Permit ID.

Today, I got an advertisement paper regarding “Thai-Myanmar Goodwill Festival” which will held on 29th March 2009.Audiences will have a chance to see one of rock famous band from Myanmar named Iron Cross (IC). There will be total 6 famous vocalists. They are Lay Phyu,Ah Nge,Myo Gyi, Wyne Wine, Son Thin Par and Kyo Kyar. Live performance will start exactly at 19:00PM Bangkok time. According to advertisement, the live performance will be at Bang Baw area, Bangkok. I still don’t know exactly where is that place although I have been here for many years.
